We noticed a troubling pattern in the Miami day charter industry: yachts that weren't properly vetted. Vessels that were trashed, not cleaned properly, or had broken and malfunctioning equipment. This always leads to a bad experience for the customer, and that's not what yachting should be about.
That's why we implemented a rigorous vetting process for every single yacht on our platform. We inspect vessels to ensure they meet our standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality before they ever reach our guests.
In the coming future, we're intensifying these inspections even further. We're introducing our own rating system that we vet ourselves, designed to elevate the entire charter industry and ensure every guest gets the best possible experience on the water, without issues.
