You might be wondering, "How much is the Palm Beach yacht party experience truly going to cost?" While the allure of the open water and opulent amenities is undeniable, understanding the components of your yacht charter Palm Beach price is key. With YATR, transparency is paramount. Here’s a detailed breakdown of what typically contributes to your total investment:

• Base Rate: This is the core cost for chartering the yacht itself, usually quoted on an hourly or daily basis. Most celebratory events like a Palm Beach yacht party typically run for 4, 6, or 8 hours, allowing ample time for cruising, swimming, dining, and dancing. The base rate varies significantly depending on the yacht's size, age, amenities, and overall luxury level.
• 7% Florida Sales Tax: As with most services in Florida, a state sales tax is applied to your charter fee.
• 15% Gratuity: This standard gratuity ensures that the dedicated crew who work tirelessly to make your experience exceptional are properly compensated. Our professional captains and first mates are committed to your safety, comfort, and enjoyment, providing impeccable service throughout your journey.
• Fuel Costs: While some charters include a basic fuel allowance, extensive cruising or higher speeds might incur additional fuel charges. This will always be clearly communicated upfront.
• Optional Extras & Customization: This is where your Palm Beach yacht party truly comes to life!
  • Catering: From gourmet canapés and multi-course meals prepared by a private chef to casual buffets or charcuterie boards, our bespoke catering options can elevate your culinary experience.
  • Beverage Packages: Indulge in premium open bars, fine wines, craft beers, or signature cocktails expertly mixed by an on-board bartender.
  • Decorations: Personalize your yacht with custom decorations, floral arrangements, balloons, or themed setups to match your event's aesthetic.
  • Entertainment: Amp up the atmosphere with a DJ, live band, magician, or even pyrotechnics (where permitted).
  • Water Toys: Enhance the fun with jet skis, paddleboards, snorkeling gear, or inflatable slides.
  • Photography/Videography: Capture every dazzling moment with a professional photographer or videographer onboard.
  • Transportation: Arrange for VIP transport to and from the marina for you and your guests.
