YATR Customer Payment Policy
Thank you for choosing YATR for your yacht charter needs. Below is the payment policy you are agreeing to by selecting the "Accept" button when booking. It is important to familiarize yourself with these terms to ensure a seamless charter experience.
Payment Terms
1. Full Payment Upon Booking:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- For cancellations more than 7 days prior to the charter, a 50% refund of the total payment will be issued.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee.
2. Weather-Related Cancellations:
- Should your charter be disrupted by severe weather (including weather advisories, tropical storms, or hurricanes), you have the option to either reschedule or receive a full voucher valid for one year.
3. Vessel Non-Operational:
- If the charter vessel is non-operational at the time of your booking, you will receive a full refund.
Additional Fees
All banking and transaction fees incurred during payment or refund processes are the responsibility of the customer.
